Edinburgh based - office based role
3 month temp contract, potential for extension
£10 per hour + holiday pay

Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with an Edinburgh-based charity to recruit an experienced Administrator to start as soon as possible.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Processing donations made to the charity onto the company database
* Data entry & manipulation using the database & Excel
* Creating & sending "Thank You" letters & correspondence
* Producing fundraising packs & materials
* Various ad hoc administration duties as directed

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Prior experience in an Administration role - this experience is essential
* Solid IT skills including the use of Word & Excel - experience of using databases would be advantageous
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload effectively
