£11.92 per hour

We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join a busy exciting team. The role is Hybrid and you will be working 9-5 Monday to Friday.

* Secretarial or administrative experience

* Knowledge of databases, preferably Microsoft Access, Excel and Oracle;

* Experience of working cooperatively and flexibly as part of a team in a busy office;

* Experience of organising, minuting and servicing meetings;

* Excellent organisational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;

* Excellent IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and use of the internet;

* Ability to manage a heavy and varied workload and meet strict deadlines;

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral;

* Ability to deal with confidential information sensitively;

* Ability to use own initiative and work independently;

* Flexibility and adaptability to new circumstances and change;
