Are you available for work immediately?

Do you have strong administrative skills and high attention to detail?

Have you dealt with high volumes of data, ensuring accuracy?

Hours: full-time, Monday - Friday; temporary ongoing position with no current end date.

Due to location you must have your own transport.

You will be a confident administrator, always looking to go over and above for your team and the business as well as posses very high attention to detail.

Here's what to expect:

- Ensuring fleet data base in up to date

- Ensuring vehicle checks are carried out on a regular basis, thereby ensuring the safety of the drivers

- Pulling together reports for the business to analyse

- Updating vehicle records

- Professional telephone manner

- Multitasking and working in a fast paced environment

People who have previously been successful have come with experience in an administrative environment, possess a keen eye for detail and have good Microsoft Office skills.
