We are looking for a long term temp to work for a dynamic Housing Association. Great team and business to work within.

* To be responsible and accountable for the delivery of a high quality Property Services function including all day to day and emergency repairs, cyclical, fire risk, disrepair claims, voids and capital/investment works
To liaise directly with the Group's customers, operatives, contractors, suppliers and colleagues on a daily basis ensuring high levels of communication, administration and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
* To be responsible and accountable for material ordering process ensuring all aspects are financially compliant.
* To be responsible for providing operational cover for the compliance team, ensuring that legal knowledge is current.

Key Responsibilities

Job Specific Tasks

* To engage with customers, operatives, contractors, suppliers and colleagues to drive both individual and business performance in terms of customer service, operational efficiency and cost effectiveness
* To be responsible for the delivery of all day to day and emergency repairs, cyclical, fire risk, disrepair claims, voids and capital/investment works.
* To manage corporate systems relating to service delivery, ensuring data meets all legality and statutory requirements of
* To be responsible for managing the delivery of appointment scheduling, driving efficiency and a high level of customer satisfaction
* To manage day to day and emergency repairs, including liaising with out of hours call centre and operatives to ensure records are accurate.
* To be responsible for ensuring all works are accurately costed, identifying rechargeable elements and working collaboratively with other departments in compliance with policy and procedure.
* To be responsible for the coordination of the out of rota, ensuring cover is maintained and recorded accurately
* To collate and submit data to ensure the financial accuracy of payments for operatives and escalation to management team.
* To manage the parts and materials ordering process driving efficiencies and satisfaction with partners and customers.
* To monitor property attributes to ensure warranty calls are logged with the correct supplier.
* To check and balance invoices, ensure correct coding and finance invoice processing, querying discrepancies or irregularities, obtaining credits when necessary, and raising works orders and variations to orders and using group repair systems.
* To be responsible for raising Purchase Orders and Goods receipts for suppliers outside of Procure Plus Partnership
* To support the Operations Managers in the administration of absence bookings including the rescheduling of diaries for operatives and liaising with customers.
* To work across various work streams alongside management to deliver a first class service and improve business continuity.
* To collate, analyse and amend various reports relating to a broad range of activities undertaken by the Property Services team such as Profit and Loss, completed jobs with variations to remove duplication and improve KPI indicators.
* To effectively deliver training and support to new starters and support existing staff.
* To provide a friendly, professional 'front of house' service for reception at Property Services including introduction of visitors
* To be responsible and accountable for ensuring all operatives productivity are entered and amended where necessary in a timely manner ready for final report submission to management.
* To deal with and resolve customer complaints in accordance with the company way.
* To manage documentation, i.e. filing, scanning and accessible storage of key documents.
