This is an immediate available role. The role will be based in a well established business in Aberdeen with progression available for the right person.
Duties will include:
* Assisting the General Manger in Aberdeen and other Directors remotely
* Liaising with internal staff and contractors
* Strong Word and Excel skills
* High volume of document management
* Preforming a variety of ad hoc duties around the office
* Ensure projects have all relevant information and documentation added on the system
* Liaising closely with the finance team
It is essential to have the confidence to interact with staff at all levels within this role, as well as being able to build relationships both internally and externally.
