Administrator
Based in South Gyle
Full-time position, Mon-Fri, 8-5
£9.50 hourly + holiday pay

Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a client based in South Gyle to recruit an administrator to work on a full-time basis, coordinator orders and shipments. This will be an ongoing position, well suited to an experienced administrator.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Processing admin behind order shipments and payments
* Corresponding with various departments within the business to resolve supplier and customer issues
* Scheduling shipments around customer availability
* Data, mailbox and file management
* General administration tasks as required

Requirements:
* Prior experience as an administrator
* Strong organisational and communication skills
