An exciting opportunity has arisen in the heart of Leeds City Centre - with just a 5 minute walk to the train station, working as a Document Administrator in a lovely office environment! You will be providing administrative assistance in a fast paced environment to ensure consistency throughout the business.

So, what's the role?

  • Answering switchboard calls for the company to direct to the appropriate contact
  • Formatting high volume documents to ensure brand and punctual consistency
  • Retyping/ spell checking documents to ensure professionalism
  • Working on a ticket based system in order to prioritise tasks

What do you need?

  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • IT Literate
  • Confidence when dealing with high volume and fast paced work
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
