Home based then hybrid role in Manchester City Centre
6 to 18 month role - Systems Administrator
6 month role - Post Management Administrator
£13.28 per hour

I am looking to recruit 2 experienced Administrators, who have strong Excel skills. The role will be home based and then hybrid. A great opportunity to join a brilliant team, where you could grow and develop.

Key Duties will include:


 Triaging email queries and providing front line assistance for all customers of the function
 Inputting data onto our HR/Payroll system [ResourceLink] - including the setup and maintenance of post records on the system
 Supporting data quality initiatives
 Running a variety of reports to support various workforce information activities (including statutory data provisions - Office of National Statistics, Annual Salary surveys, External salary surveys).
 Working as an integral part of the planning, implementation and ongoing development of the People and Organisational Development Operations function

Pre-requisites


 Advanced excel skills (understand formulae, v look ups, if functions etc.)
 High level of accuracy and attention to detail
 Ability to produce high quality documentation quickly and accurately
 Ability to plan, organise and manage workloads and priorities
 Excellent organisational and administrative skills
 Excellent communication skills (written and oral), demonstrating the ability to deal with a wide range of people with varying levels of understanding
 Able to work both within a team and independently
 Experience of working to strict deadlines and with competing priorities
