Job Title: Administrator

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 + benefits


The ideal candidates will exhibit high standards, good organisational skills, excellent communication ability, take initiative and prioritise daily tasks. Financial services knowledge would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Ensure file organisation and communicate with providers
  • Coordinate client needs and assist advisers with their business
  • Support colleagues as needed



Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite


Administrator Experience

  • Desired but not essential, Intelliflo knowledge
