We are looking for an entry level administrator to join our retail client based in Morley. The role involves the preparation of letters, entering timesheets and processing refunds for customers.

Our client is a large, national business with lots of opportunity to develop your career. This role is a great way to gain some administration experience and work for a well known brand.

We are looking for good knowledge of MS office and someone with excellent attention to detail. Full training provided - onsite for 4 weeks then hybrid working 2-3 days in the office, 2-3 days at home (37.5 hours). All IT equipment is provided.

This is an ongoing temporary vacancy with no end date, some contracts can run for several years. Immediate starts available for the right candidate. Weekly pay.

Main duties to include:
* Processing letters and employee documentation
* Processing customer refunds
* Looking for anomalies on customer accounts
* Entering timesheets for hourly paid workers

We are looking for:
* Good MS office skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Someone who can work from the office and at home

Various shift patterns available:

8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm Monday to Sunday 37.5 hours or
8am-8pm Monday to Sunday 37.5 hours

£9.44 -£10.16 per hour
