We have opportunities to work either a 3 or 4 day week between Monday and Friday

from either 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

You will be responsible for supporting the co-ordination and booking of services that the client provides, ensuring that timescales are met. This requires a high level of diplomacy and communication skills and the ability to work under accurately and under pressure.

Ideally we are looking to speak with candidates with the following experience:

  • Strong Administration skills
  • Customer Service within a telephone environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
  • Strong PC skills word and excel
  • Team player and desire to help others.
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment
  • Self-confident and intuitive
