Administration Assistant (some PA duties) - Bristol - £25,000 - Financial Services

Our clients who are one of the UK's leading investment managers are looking for an Administration Assistant to join the team in Bristol.

The successful candidate will have experience within a corporate environment and have a high level of organisational and attention to detail skills.

The Duties and Responsibilities:
* Maintain team/manager's diary, including arranging meetings and organising travel if applicable
* Timely and accurate preparation of expenses
* Type and produce accurate documentation in the agreed format, including letters and emails, editing and correcting as necessary, audio typing included.
* Taking meeting minutes if applicable
* Respond promptly to telephone calls, take and pass on clear messages and project a positive image of the organisation
* Create/amend presentations or meeting packs for trustee/client meetings using appropriate IT system (PowerPoint, Excel and other relevant Rathbone systems)

* Manage and file correspondence and records in a timely and efficient manner ensuring accuracy of data
* Respond promptly to telephone calls, take and pass on clear messages and project a positive image of the organisation
The person specifics:
* Previous experience within a corporate environment is essential
* Grades A-C at GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
* High level of attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong time management and prioritisation skills
* Strong IT skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word
* Smart, presentable appearance
* Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationships
