Highlights of the CS role:
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be earning a competitive salary and joining a syndicate of companies working to promote & further evidence-based nutrition, through education. You'll also maintain student and customer records within their database; processing customer bookings, orders and payments and all other essential office duties.

You and your social team will be taking inbound calls from customers, dealing with a wide range of enquiries. This Customer Advisor role is a vital position where accurate, professional and timely customer service must be delivered to our customers via e-mail, telephone, live chat and social media. You will be required to use vast communication skills and flexible problem-solving skills to assist customers.

Requirements:
- Customer-orientated to deliver the highest standards of customer service
- Computer proficiency with IT systems, MS Office, Web Browsers and Mac Mail/Gmail desirable
- Able to pass a lenient credit check.
