Recruitment Administrator - Central Brighton - Temp to perm - £11.90 per hour


Purpose of the role-

A leading Financial company just a stone's throw away from Brighton Station is seeking a recruitment administrator to carry out the initial recruitment screening admin as well as supporting the compliance process. Ensuring the recruitment process is thorough and a smooth candidate journey. Managing around 116 applications a month within the team this is a busy role and would suit someone who is comfortable in multitasking. The 130 managers you will be working in line work remotely so great communication skills are essential. A temp to perm role whereby you will temp for around 6 months prior to the opportunity of a permanent position. The salary for the permanent position would be £23,500. An upbeat lively company with a Director who takes the time to get to know everyone and a team that celebrates their hard work.


Duties and responsibilities:

* Recruitment administration and support
* Proficient use of Excel
* Liaising with and managing expectations of hiring managers
* Screening new applicant CV's
* Liaising with Experian for credit checks and references
* Arranging regional assessment centres
* Diarise interviews for line managers, sending through the confirmations to candidates
* Experience of Maintaining and updating a company database
* Cover other team members duties as required in their absence
* Maintain all filing systems to an acceptable standard
* All requested ad hoc administrative duties - credit checking, presentations, reports
* Collating contracts and processing new starters
* Preparing reports for Sales and Compliance Manager
* Maintain and update divisional database on a regular basis and keep accurate and confidential team records
