The Company:

Your day to day responsibilities will include;
* Being responsible for administration throughout the department, being efficient and accurate throughout
* Contacting customers via written and verbal correspondence, making the process as smooth as possible
* Working within the set regulations and always meeting SLA and KPI's
* Data entry following GDPR regulations and professionally act while interacting with financial institutions
* Responding to private clients and financial counter-parties via email as well as via phone ensuring a clear and distinctive procedure of the financial movement
* Working with multiple systems and managing a large amount of financial transactions
* Assistance with ad hoc and scheduled and performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
* Operate on financial assets, stocks and shares with peculiar attention to detail
Experience required:
* Previous experience within administration is required
* Excellent communication skills
* A passion for customer service
* Strong attention to detail
