We are currently recruiting for a highly experienced Administrator to join a leading wealth management company based in Liverpool City Centre. You will work closely and provide administration support to Investment Managers. You will provide excellent service to clients ensuring a high standard at all times.

The Job

  • Manage the client facing administration process
  • Liaise between investments and operations teams ensuring parties are kept up to date with process
  • Processing client payments and account amendments
  • Maintaining a good relationship and keeping the administration team updated identifying opportunities for improvement
  • First point of contact for clients for any administration queries
  • Producing client summaries and welcome letters
  • End to end management of account opening and transfer processes
  • Maintenance of client support systems CRM
  • Taking ownership for all client admin tasks ensuring the team are following processes
  • Understand the client suitability requirements, supporting the investment team to father information via questionnaires


  • Extensive administration experience
  • Knowledge of regulatory environment
  • Ability to learn new systems, prior knowledge of a client relationship system is essential
  • Extensive knowledge using MS Office
  • High accuracy and good attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
