I'm currently looking for immediately available Administrators for an ongoing temporary contract based in the Falkirk area.
Flexible working hours on offer for the right candidate, 25-40 hours per week.
To make this role a success you will:
- Have excellent and proven administrative experience
- Excellent Telephone manner
- Be competent in using MS Office- Word, Outlook and Excel
- Be and excellent Written and Verbal communicator
- Ask Questions, be quick to learn and keen to develop new skills
What will a typical day look like for you?
- Updating client records on the system
- Ad hoc admin duties relating to the clients needs
- Updating and coordinating training manuals
- A variety of Administrative tasks to support the immediate team
