Accounts Receivable Team Leader - ££Compettive Salary + Benefits - Permanent

Working in partnership with Search, this innovative, ambitious global organisation is seeking a Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join their Leadership Team.

You will be responsible for managing the delivery of AR finance transaction processing services with a culture of service excellence. You will have a hands on approach to optimise the day-to-day operations of the accounts receivable billing and cash transaction processing. You will be required to raise invoices, credit notes and post payments (where applicable) in accordance to internal Responsibility Matrix

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE

* Previous experience of leading and developing a successful AR Team
* Hands on approach
* Proven track record in automating & streamlining business processes
* Organised approach to work with good time management skills
* Proactive, highly motivated & enthusiastic
* Analytically minded
* Computer literate with Intermediate Excel capabilities.
* SAGE experience desirable.
* Good attention to detail

Due to the nature of the role, your background and experience will clearly demonstrate an in depth knowledge and understanding of transactional finance within a shared service environment. The role demands exemplary people management and leadership skills which you will have developed within large corporate/international environments. These will hold you in good stead as the business culture is people orientated, dynamic and creative.

A deep understanding of end to end AR/Billing are a must as is strong Project Management skills. Previous transformational experience would be a distinct advantage.
