Accounts Payable - Vendor Management Specialist - Up to £24,000 + Excellent Benefits Package - Manchester - Permanent


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bright and talented individual to join a modern, dynamic and forward thinking Shared Service Centre in Manchester City Centre.
As a Accounts Payable - Vendor Management Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining vendor/payee information in Elite and managing new vendor/payee request queues in the workflow. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Determining whether privacy notification is required and if jurisdictional requirements have been met
  • Preparing various vendor focused analyses including responses to audit inquires
  • Performing similar duties for non-European location invoices
  • Assisting with special projects on various topics as needed


We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Possess well developed and professional interpersonal skills and have the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the Firm
  • Thrive working in a team environment with a customer service focus
  • Are looking to start your career in Accounts Payable and are motivated to learn new skills


And have:

  • A-Levels or an accountancy qualification
  • Analytical skills needed to correctly comprehend and communicate data as well as analyse and reconcile accounts
  • Familiarity with VAT input tax process and related rates
  • Fluency in a second language (French, German, Italian or Spanish) is a plus but not essential
