Accounts Payable Analyst - Salary up to £26,500 + Excellent Benefits Package - Permanent - Manchester

Working exclusively with Search, this innovative and forward thinking organisation is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team.

Due to extensive growth within this Shared Service Centre they have a fantastic opportunity available. The successful candidate will have previous Accounts Payable/P2P/SAP experience gained from working in a busy Shared Service Centre or large organisation.

Your key accountabilities will include:

• Detailed analysis of food vendor queries
• Liaising with Foods BU
• Lasing with Food Vendors to resolve queries and identify any recurring issues
• First class customer service
• Ensuring that our foods vendors are managed
• Drive forward improvements and help build new business initiatives
• High profile role within Foods Finance
• Proactive engagement with numerous new Food business initiatives

To apply for this role, your skills will include:

• Accounts Payable/P2P experience
• Experience/Understanding of Vendor processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Microsoft package literate - with strong excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP
• Attention to detail
• Experience of Supplier Query Management systems
• Ability to work within a fast paced environment to specified deadlines
• Ability to work on your own initiative

Candidates will be driven, dynamic and enthusiastic with strong analytical skills, excellent excel knowledge and a minimum of two years experience in a fast paced P2P finance/shared service centre.
