Search Accountancy and Finance are partnering with one of Liverpool's fast-growing shared-housing management companys.
In addition to property management, this company have diversified their business to also specialise in property sales, maintenance and refurbishments.

Based in Liverpool, the Account Manager will work independently in a stand alone position. You will report into a centralised finance function who in turn will provide support as and when required.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Company bookkeeping remit inclusive of:
* Sales and Purchase ledger management
* Bank Reconciliation
* Management of supplier accounts and relationships
- Setting up and managing all relevant accounts onto an accounts package, Xero/SAGE
- Registering deposits and authorising refunds
- Creating landlord statements and remittance sheets/providing Landlord feedback
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly reports as and when needed.
- Use your own initiative in developing processes/procedures.
- Recording receipts and filing

Administration Responsibilities:
Supporting Operations Manager with, but not limited to the following,
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Uploading new properties / Processing new properties on our management software
- Preparing daily rent report for Lettings Director
- General office administration duties
