I am currently working on an exciting new role with a top client of ours based in the Stirling area. They are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their growing finance team!
The purpose of this role is to assist the Finance Manager with the day to day running of the finance function, your duties will include:
- Processing high volume purchase invoices for multiple companies within their group
- Set up new suppliers on NetSuite Accounting Software
- Produce payment summaries for supplier payments and employee expense payments for multiple companies within the group
- Preparing monthly payroll spreadsheet for multiple companies within the group
What you'll need:
- Experience in a busy and fast paced finance environment
- Experience processing high volume purchase orders
- Experience preparing payroll
This is a permanent full time position paying up to £25,000!
