Search Consultancy is currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant role with a successful SME that is based in Forfar. This is a permanent position that has been created to fill a vacancy created by natural progression from within the team. This is a position that will ideally suit a candidate that has experience of purchase & sales ledger invoice processing, as well as, experience of credit control and other ad-hoc Finance tasks.
This is a vital role to the business and they are seeking a motivated & enthusiastic individual that is keen to secure a role with a successful, local SME business. The successful candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office packages & have significant knowledge, alongside experience of working with Sage.
* Purchase ledger invoice processing
* Sales Ledger invoice processing
* Supplier Statement Reconciliation
* Liaising with Suppliers - Dealing with incoming queries
* Assisting with BACS payment runs
* Chasing Aged debt, negotiating repayment
* Ad-hoc financial administration
