Are you an exceptional and committed Accounts Administrator looking for the next leg up in your career to provide you with new challenges? One of the UK's leading manufacturers, based in Forfar, Scotland, is looking for an Accounts Administrator, to work full-time and is offering a competitive salary of £19,000 to £20,000.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Administration Manager, including general office duties, such as answering the telephone, scanning and photocopying.
You'll be involved in processing and reconciling cash book and associated ledger transactions on a daily basis.
You'll be responsible for the processing of sales receipts and purchase invoices and monthly supplier reconciliations. You would tackle aged debt and processing weekly payroll, including holiday relief.
Core Accountancy skills:
* Knowledge of Sage 200
* Working knowledge of accounts processes would be desirable
* Knowledge of payroll systems would be desirable however training will be provided
* The post holder must be willing to undertake both in-house and external training including attendance at courses/seminars as necessary
You'll be working in a vibrant and inclusive office environment, training is provided, and you will be required to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The salary is £19,000 to £20,000 and your holiday entitlement is 28 days per annum.
