The Accounts Administrator is responsible for daily invoicing functions within the business planning division of our client's technical services and solutions company. As an experienced Accounting professional, you'll provide support to accounts receivable by generating accurate, complete, and timely invoices using their bespoke operating package.
You'll be responsible for all aspects of their invoicing from contract invoicing and reactive works to project invoicing in line with specific contract requirements. Based in Dundee, you'll have the autonomy and support to develop the position and further your potential using your financial expertise.
Your Accounts Administrator duties will include:
- Investigating invoicing discrepancies & errors
- Liaising with Suppliers
- Updating the financial databases
- Working collaboratively with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable teams
- Performing ad-hoc financial tasks & general administrative duties
