Search Consultancy are recruiting for a Healthcare company in Camberley who are looking for a couple of Customer Account Specialists to join them due to their growth and due to internal promotions.

This Customer Account Specialist role offers flexibility where you work 2/3 days in the office and the rest at home.

It is a fast paced role where you will be multi-tasking between emails and phone calls as well as needing to prioritise high workloads but in return they are offering as salary of between £20,000 - £24,000 as well as a chance to progress with a growing company.

In this role, you will be:
* Building relationships with existing clients
* Creating and looking after the order process for your portfolio of clients
* Answering general client queries
* Predicting when the next set of orders might come in through certain clients
* Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring you are replying to requests within a short time frame

Having experience within the healthcare sector along with a fast paced customer service phone based role would be beneficial but not essential.
