A truly market leading global business that specialise in Facilities Management based services and compliance solutions is looking to recruit a talented and experienced Account Manager asap due to an organisational restructure. Base salary 30-35k plus a car allowance of £4, 800 or vehicle, plus an uncapped bonus scheme that should see you earn at least £10, 000 - £15, 000 a year. Excellent development is on offer too.

No new business responsibilities - but instead you will be expected to retain, grow and expand between 75-150 key accounts for the business across your defined territory.

My client are a major player in their respective market, with a name and brand that is recognisable all across the world. You will join a UK team that has grown accounts year on year successfully, and has defined goals and objectives for each area of the Sales business, with strong progression opportunities.

You will be field based, home based, with the occasional day in the office, and will be expected to demonstrate monthly results in terms of accounts grown, and business retained that was ready to renew. Key skills needed in order to be successful in this role are: strong relationship building skills and ability to sell, up-sell and cross sell, strong influencing and negotiation skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to multi task with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Your territory will be the North west and Yorkshire, focusing on the burgeoning businesses around Biirmingham and surrounding towns, but will cover the two areas as a whole. Interviews are a 2 stage process, with the first over teams/zoom. Successful candidates MUST have a proven track record in B2B Sales with stability an results, and MUST demonstrate where they have nurtured and grown accounts, Apply asap!!
