My client, a world-leading BPO is seeking an experienced account manager to head up the operations and relationship with a number of key clients.
You'll be responsible for
Setting and meeting centre, team and individual KPIs
Overseeing training & coaching across key roles
Develop and implement process improvement and change
Allocate resources and drive savings initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders across the company and influence client-impacting decisions
Managing risk and work within compliance and regulatory frameworks
The right candidate will be
Experienced in account management within a contact centre/BPO organisation
Able to succeed in a fast paced, client driven environment
A high successful coach & mentor
Able to prioritise and delegate effectively
Be a passionate and motivating leader
Able to act with integrity, honesty and enthusiasm
The starting salary is £35k, plus a great range of benefits
