On behalf of my Client based in Wakefield, I am recruiting for an Account Manager to manage their existing client base within their UK & EU markets.

The role of an Account Manager will be to engage and develop an understanding of the clients account and business to offer them solutions to set up different contracts and agreements to retain their business. You will be scheduling appointments to communicate with clients and generating contracts to complete the renewal whilst trying to uncover new revenue opportunities.

This a Monday-Friday opportunity where you will be able to work Monday & Fridays from home, you will also receive a salary of £24,000 Per Annum and 33 days annual leave including much more.

What will you be doing?
* Managing current accounts that are coming to the end of their contract
* Discussing various contracts and looking at new revenue opportunities
* Working with Management to gain a better understanding of accounts
* Scheduling & attending virtual appointments with clients at various levels
* Generating contracts for renewals and updating internal systems
* Updating CRM systems with accurate information at all times

Who are we looking for?
* Previous experience in an Account Management or Sales role
* Excellent time management skills and be able to work to deadlines
* Good communication skills and be able to build relationships
* Remain resilient and motivated at all times
* And a good knowledge of been able to use CRM & MS office systems
