Account Manager
Liverpool
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 plus commission
Monday to Friday

My client is looking for an experienced account manager to join their expanding sales team within the print and graphic solutions sector. The right candidate will offer a complete range of products in all forms of print, internal/ external graphics, exhibitions and outdoor signage to clients wishing to expand their brand.

Main Responsibilities of the Role:

* To contact potential clients to describe advertising opportunities within print media.
* Outbound & inbound calling with new and existing clients on a day to day basis.
* Research clients needs and explain the benefits of using the businesses current packages which include a complete range of innovative print and graphic solutions.
* Managing an active spending portfolio of accounts.
* Acting as the main point of contact for the clients.
* Build and maintaining long term relationships with key decision makers.
* Identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
* Explain the pricing costs and negotiate a fee if necessary.
* Account manage an existing client to ensure their needs are satisfied and they are happy with the service.
* Work to maximise sales and meet targets.
* Deliver sales reports to Senior Management.

What you should have:

* At least 3 year's experience in Telesales/ Sales environment is essential.
* Experience in print / advertising sales is desirable but essential.
* Results driven, confident self- starter and a passion for sales.
* Ability to build and maintain new and existing relationships
* Working knowledge and experience using a CRM System.
* Ability to demonstrate successful client account management achieving targets set out in the business strategy
* Be a good team player and able to develop good working relationships across the business internally and with our partners when necessary
