Are you a confident communicator with a desire to build a career as an Account Manager?

We are an industry leading specialist software provider based in Manchester and are currently on the lookout for an articulate, outgoing and confident Account Manager to join our Manchester office.

Due to our enviable position in the market, we have a large existing client base so there is no cold calling in this role. Instead you will be responsible for building lasting relationships through the provision of exceptional service to a portfolio of existing clients.

Through the strength of the relationships you build with your clients you will naturally uncover opportunities to upsell and grow your accounts and help drive our business and market share forward.

This role is predominantly office based but you will also be involved in face to face meetings and training sessions with your clients on the software we provide so a drivers licence is essential!

As an Account Manager you will:

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of existing clients
  • Providing advice, guidance and hands-on tutorial sessions in person or over the phone
  • Building and executing business growth strategy with existing customers
  • Providing detailed quotations to customers


Candidates with an interest in starting a long term career within a growing organisation with opportunity for progression would be of particular interest due to the forecasted growth of the business. For the role of Account Manager we are looking for the following experience:

  • Account Manager experience
  • Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
  • Strong Business to Consumer (B2C) sales experience will be considered
  • Interest into starting a long term career within the industry
