Position: Internal Account Executive

Salary: £22,000 Basic + Commission

Our team are looking for an experienced sales and/or account executive that demonstrate resilience to increase sales through pro-active business development and support existing account. This ideal applicant will report directly to the Sales Director.
This will be the right job for the right person!
You're day to day:
- Demonstrate persistent sales calls to prospects for business retention and build rapport
- Take ownership of sales performance and achieving weekly KPI's
- Overcome objections and convert sales/hires enquiries in actual sales/hires
- Research new/existing prospects, maintain relations with key personnel
- Maintain and update CRM in a timely & accurate manner
- Book appointments for Area Sales Manager
- Develop brand awareness, follow up market data and convert to sales
- Previous/proven experience working in telesales/sales/cold calling/b2b/b2c
- Motivated self-starter & team player
- Proficient IT skill
- Experience using CRM program would be beneficial
