Wanted: 2nd Line Support Analyst - @ 7 Month FTC starting in January (£45k Pro Rata)
Location: Guildford (1 Day per week in Woking)
A skilled 2nd Line Support Analyst / IT Helpdesk Engineer is required to join a leading Legal Firm's IT Department based at their Guildford office to help with the IT function
The ideal applicant will be self-motivated, flexible, a team player and have excellent communication skills. Candidates will be required to use their own initiative and to deal with all IT queries in a friendly and professional manner to employees at all levels. Candidates must be analytical with good problem solving skills and have the ability to work under pressure.
The role is covering a period of leave and there will be a hand-over at the start of the fixed-term contract.

Skills / Attributes Required
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments
* Analytical, ability to troubleshoot problems
* Strong verbal/written communications skills.
* Driving Licence
* Ability to prioritise & execute tasks in a high pressure environment to meet deadlines.
* Sound understanding of Windows environments
The role requires a candidate willing to work flexi-hours. The hours are 37 hours per week, working shift patterns of 9.30am to 6pm or 8.00am to 4pm.
