Search IT is currently looking for an 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer on a permanent basis for our prestigious client based in Harrogate.

Skills/Requirements for the IT Support Technician:
* Previous experience working on a Help Desk or Service Desk providing 1st line support
* Excellent experience in Active Directory (AD)
* Knowledge and experience with Windows 7 and 10
* Strong problem resolution skills
* Both face to face and remote support
* Working experience with Microsoft Outlook

Desirable Skills:
* VMware or Hyper-V
* Exchange

*Please note a drivers licence is required for this position*

As the 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer, you will ensure all local IT services are maintained to a high standard, while minimizing downtime for said systems.

The 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for supporting the business from an IT perspective, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, supporting IT projects and providing desktop and server support.
