1st Line Support Engineer
£20,000-£24,000 dependant on experience
An altruistic and impactful organisation in Edinburgh's east is looking to hire an experienced service desk engineer to provide integral first-line support within a small IT team. While desk-side support will make up the majority of your work, there will be some remote support required.
* 2+ years supporting a Microsoft environment across Windows 10 and Windows 7
* Supporting Microsoft Office 365
* Supporting Active Directory
* Printer, mobile, laptop, PC, smart device and Wi-Fi support
They are currently implementing a brand new Service Desk with ManagementEngine so experience of this is a further advantage but not essential.
This organisation is looking to move quickly with this role, and can facilitate an immediate start for the right candidate.
