I have 7 years experience within recruitment and I currently manage the Glasgow Healthcare team. We recruit in both the temporary and permanent market and across all levels in the healthcare sector, from healthcare assistants and support workers, to nurses and residential childcare workers.

My team often have direct experience working in a health and social care setting, including myself, where I have been a part time support worker for 11 years. My team offer experience, continuity and consistency to our clients and candidates. We understand the market and how important it is to place compliant and motivated staff into all healthcare services.  

I love being able to help clients all hours of the day, I really feel we are providing a service that makes a difference, especially during COVID. I love that I can relate to the clients and candidates with my own personal experience as a support worker. Every day is different in the healthcare market.
