Chris' bio

I am proud to be a specialist hospitality recruiter, leading our teams across the Sussex and Yorkshire areas. Over the last 7 years working for Search, I have progressed from a Trainee Consultant into the role of Divisional Manager. Along my journey with Search, I have been responsible for building successful teams within our business and establishing key relationships with clients and candidates across the leisure, commercial, care and education sectors within the hospitality industry.

Having spent 10 years working in restaurant management, I genuinely understand the importance and value of service. Each member of our team comes directly from the hospitality industry and it is this extensive industry knowledge that allows us to be consultative in our approach, offering a tailored recruitment solution that places the needs of our clients and candidates at the heart of what we do, each and every time.
