I have been in the recruitment industry for 17 years, specialising mainly in warehousing and distribution. I started my journey at Search in 2013 as part of Manchester’s Industrial and Driving sector. Since then, I have worked my way up to becoming the Senior Divisional Manager for Industrial and Driving and as of November 2019, Engineering & Manufacturing. I currently have six dedicated consultants on my Industrial and Driving team and two on my Engineering & Manufacturing team. In addition to this, I am also a billing manager specialising in recruiting for senior technical roles such as health and safety, maintenance and production.
