Search Consultancy has been recognised as ‘outstanding’ by Best Companies, placing 54th on the prestigious Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies list.
This marks the seventh year that Search has been featured, achieving a 2 star rating for outstanding employee engagement.
Best Companies recognises exceptional engagement levels in businesses with 250 to 4,999 employees. Performance is measured based on how employees score eight key factors across their respective workplaces: Leadership, how employees value their workplace, their managers, personal growth, team spirit, wellbeing, treatment and pay/benefits, and the impact employees believe their company has had on society.
Search Consultancy’s CEO, Grahame Caswell, said: "We’re delighted to have earned our place on the Best Companies list for a seventh year.”
"We’re very proud of our ongoing commitment to providing a dynamic working environment where employees are motivated, driven and given opportunities to develop their careers and gain recognition for their achievements.”
“People make our business, and it’s because of our employees that we’ve been listed among the Top 100 Best Companies. I applaud the efforts of our truly exceptional workforce, and look forward to appearing on this prestigious list for many years to come.”
Jonathan Austin, CEO and Founder of Best Companies, added: “I would like to congratulate Search Consultancy on their achievement this year.”
“Best Companies has been producing the accreditation standard since 2006 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace. Companies like Search have continued to focus on their employees and have been rewarded with an engaged workforce who tell us that this is a best company to work for.”
