It’s been a great few weeks for Search Consultancy’s Leicester office. Not only has the recruitment consultancy relocated its operation to larger premises in the city following a successful period of growth, but it also now boasts the top performing team in its near 700 strong workforce: Leicester Call & Contact Centre.
After a superb year which saw the Call & Contact Centre recruitment team significantly increase in size and income, the team was justifiably rewarded at the Beyond Exceptional Awards, Search’s internal awards programme which aims to celebrate the top performing talent within the company.

Tristan stresses that the key to the team’s success is the people within it. The team is comprised of specialist call centre recruiters, many of whom have a solid background in recruitment along with first-hand experience and knowledge of the call centre industry. The most recent additions to the team are: Daniel Drage, who specialises in the senior call centre market; Jay Patel, who concentrates on customer services and language recruitment; and Guleid Fouad who joins the call centre temps team.
