We’re absolutely delighted to announce that Search has earned a coveted place on The Sunday Times ‘Best Companies’ list for the third consecutive year!

At the awards ceremony in London last night, Search was confirmed as number 37 on the ‘100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For’ list, in recognition of our “outstanding levels of engagement”. This award category recognises organisations with 250-4,999 employees.

It’s a 16-place rise on last year, when we came in at 53rd place.

Grahame Caswell, Search’s Chief Executive Officer, commented: “To be listed alongside the cream of Britain’s motivated workforces for the third year in a row is a tremendous honour and testament to the hard work of the management and employees alike.

“We pride ourselves on our dynamic working environment, where staff development and fulfilment are at the top of the agenda.

“In December, we scooped the Best Large Company To Work For title at the Institute of Recruitment Professionals Awards, and to be recognised for the second time in 3 months for our commitment to excellence has made us immensely proud.”

Best Companies measures performance based on surveys of employees themselves, allowing them to score their workplaces based around eight key factors.

They are asked about leadership, their managers, personal growth, wellbeing, their team, the impact their organisation has on society, levels of engagement, and how happy they are with pay and benefits.

Participating companies are each awarded a ‘star status’ based on their performance, and this year Search Consultancy has been awarded a ‘Best Companies 2 Star Accreditation’, which means our performance is deemed “outstanding”.
