Search Global's Legal Recruitment Division is flying to the UAE!
On the 24th of September, Search’s global arm will be launching a legal recruitment campaign in a variety of international and regional law firms throughout the United Arab Emirates.
Search Legal is one of the agency’s founding divisions since launching in 1987. Due to firm and long-standing client relationships, Search Legal has been able to grow substantially over the years, providing bespoke recruitment solutions to all aspects of the legal community across the UK, Channel Islands and the Middle East.
Given Search Global’s fast-growing legal client base in the Middle East, the specialist division will now be launching a client-focused campaign, whereby they will have an opportunity to meet with existing clients face-to-face for the first time, as well as attract new business from various local and international law firms throughout the region.
The campaign will also aim to attract high level candidates, and strengthen their confidence in exclusively utilising Search’s services to assist them in fulfilling their career aspirations.
Peter Black, Search Global’s Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant who will be representing the division in the Middle East, said: “I look forward to my part in launching our very first international client-focused campaign. Whether it be on an exclusive or retained basis, we hope to secure a substantial number of mandates to fill. We are also aiming to gain full exclusivity in representing qualified candidates across the UAE.”
“Through this campaign, we hope to increase the commitment and confidence of our existing client base in our expertise and ability to fulfil the roles they entrust to us. Up until this point, we have only been a voice on the other end of the phone in advising our clients. In meeting them face-to-face, we hope to solidify our existing partnerships and demonstrate that Search Consultancy is a heavy weight in the recruitment Sector, both in the UK and abroad.”
Given his thorough knowledge of the legal sector, and expertise in international recruitment, Peter boasts a formidable reputation of being a true market specialist among both clients and candidates alike.
Marcia Mardner, freelance HR Consultant who has worked with Bin Shabib & Associates (BSA) LLP and Manches LLP said: “I have worked with Peter both as a client and candidate, and found him to have extensive knowledge of the Middle Eastern market. He uses this knowledge to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients and candidates. He is tenacious, focussed and provides innovative solutions for difficult situations.”
Search Global currently covers four industry sectors apart from Legal: Construction, FMCG, Mining and Rail and Infrastructure. “This is Search’s first drive in the GCC region and we are fortunate to be progressing forward with a solid client base. My hope is to expand our international presence further to include other recruitment divisions within Search,” Peter concluded.
Peter Preston, Search’s Managing Director for Professional Services, said: “It’s exciting times for Search Global as we branch out towards the Middle East. Given his dedication and thorough understanding of the legal sector, I have every confidence that Peter will be instrumental in representing Search Global’s Legal division, whilst strengthening existing relationships and establishing new ones.”
“His client and candidate base has grown substantially over the years, along with their confidence in his expertise. I truly believe that this launch will successfully elevate our exposure and reputation on an international scale.”
