Search continues to lead the way in outstanding employee engagement
Search Consultancy has been recognised as ‘outstanding’ by Best Companies, the employee engagement specialists, simultaneously securing a place on the Top 100 Best Companies to Work For list.
It is the fifth consecutive year the recruitment agency has earned pride of place on the list thanks to its high score in the survey, which examines the ins and outs of company life and reveals how employees perceive their work environment.
Search ranked 51st on the “100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For” list which recognises business with 250 to 4,999 employees, and achieved a two star rating which is defined as “outstanding”.
Jonathan Austin, CEO & Founder of Best Companies, said: “I would like to congratulate Search Consultancy on their outstanding achievement.
“This year it is encouraging to see that more and more organisations are recognising the value of employee engagement and are willing to benchmark themselves against the best to ensure they are offering their employees the best possible experience.
“Organisations like Search have continued to focus on their employees and have been rewarded with an engaged workforce who tell us that this is a great place to work.”
Best Companies measures performance based on surveys of employees who score their workplaces based around eight key factors.
They are asked about leadership, how much they value the workplace, their managers, personal growth, team spirit, wellbeing, treatment and pay/benefits, and the impact their organisation has on society.
