We are looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant for a job role at a SME based in Liverpool. The organisation has a busy finance function so a flexible and proactive approach is necessary. The successful applicant will work as part of a small team reporting directly to the Accounts Manager. Main duties include:-

· Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
· Supplier statement reconciliations
· Supplier queries
· Petty cash and expenses
· Bank reconciliations
· Assisting with payroll

It is essential you have:-

· Experience within a similar role
· Exposure to Sage 50

This job role offers a friendly and support environment with the added benefit of free on site car parking. You will be offered full support and training with the strong possibility of the job role becoming permanent. Our client is based in Liverpool and having your own transport is essential.
