Customer Service Advisor - Edinburgh

Customer Service Advisors required for our client in the Edinburgh area.


This role is based within a Call Centre environment


Duties & Responsibilities include;
Dealing with inbound & outbound customers
Liaise with other areas of the business to gain required in formation
Work to business policies & procedures
Build rapport with customers


Skills & Experience required;
Previous administrative experience and/or telephony based experience
Ability to work within a target based performance culture
Good keyboard and PC skills
Be able to plan and organise own workload, maximising work performance
Excellent phone manner


Shift patterns (5day week)
Monday - Friday 08.00 to 18.00
and alternative Saturdays 9.00 to 12.30


Salary £14.449 -£19.420
