How My Shortlist Works

Shortlisted jobs panel

To the right of the page is the Shortlisted Jobs panel which acts as your "shopping cart for jobs".

Jobs are stored here until you wish to apply for them. Your shortlist allows you to apply for multiple jobs at the same time.

3 Simple Steps


1 Once you have found a job you wish to apply to click the "Save to Shortlist & Continue" button, there’s one at the top and one at the bottom of each Job details page (a vacancy may not display this option if it requires you to apply direct via their site).

2 You may then write a personalised covering letter or use the standard one provided. Save this and then continue your job search by pressing the "Save Letter & Continue" button. You'll then be returned to your previous results page, which will display your updated ‘Shortlist’ in the right hand column.

3 Continue your job search and add as many jobs to your shortlist as you wish to apply for. Your shortlist will be held for as long as you're on the site or until you complete the application process. You can edit a cover letter, or delete any job application at any time simply by clicking the relevant option.
