This Secretarial role is ideal for you if you have experience supporting senior members off staff within the professional services industry and are confident working in a fast paced and busy role. You will also be an excellent team player and demonstrate a flexible approach to your work.

You must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft excel, as well as being confident in a role where audio typing will be a daily responsibility.

As Secretary your responsibilities will include:

Audio and copy typing

Producing, formatting and proof reading reports

Updating spreadsheets and databases

Organising travel

Mail and email management

File management

Talking with clients face to face and over the phone
