Transactional Fraud Strategy Manager

Ensuring transactional fraud tools, strategies, MI and team are optimised to deliver the best fraud detection capabilities while minimising customer impacts.
Manage a team of fraud analysts responsible for maintaining fraud rules in RiskFort, CardGuard and Falcon
To manage, coach and develop the team, ensuring appropriate staff objectives are set, ongoing performance is monitored and staff Personal Development Plans are supported.
Ensure rule adherence to false positive governance and that losses remain within risk appetite.
Providing meaningful insight into fraud losses and KPI's in weekly and monthly reporting to various committees.
Identify and react to current and future transactional fraud threats, providing commentary to appropriate forums and senior leadership.
Developing stakeholder relationships across bank to support delivery of Financial Crime projects.
Understanding the bigger picture of how fraud impacts on other areas of the bank and customers e.g. income, complaints etc.
Pro-actively assess change initiated internally or externally and the impacts this might have on fraud and customer security.
Ability to understand complex problems that may involve various systems/departments and have the ability to identify potential solutions and work with other departments to deliver change required.
Experience relevant for this job:
Deep experience of fraud detection solutions e.g. TSYS, Falcon, Riskfort
* Advanced knowledge of SAS\SQL
* 3+ years' experience in card\payment fraud management
* People management
