Our client are looking to recruit General Insurance Specialists to join their contact centre based in Newcastle. Specialising in General Insurance it will be your expertise in tackling specific technical queries that is required.
Already experienced in a general insurance customer service environment (including home or motor insurance) you will have a great track record of delivering results and meeting objectives. This includes identifying problems, collating data and suggesting solutions, whilst delivering exceptionally friendly service on the telephone.
You will use your technical knowledge to resolve complex general insurance queries efficiently and effectively, offering products and services that will best suit each customer. What's more, sharing your ideas and experience with the rest of the team, you'll make sure we all work together to deliver the best service available.
