Ward Manager, to £32,000 per annum.

Our client is one of the leading independent healthcare providers. Due to their continued growth they are currently looking for an adaptable and committed Ward Manager for a permanent role that has been newly created.
The ideal candidate would have:
Some experience of managing a a team or ward
Demonstrable strong leadership skills
The ability to train and support junior members of the team
A flexible attitude with the ability to work calmly and competently under pressure
